Each consultation is based on honesty and integrity – telling clients in detail what they can reasonably expect from the market, and what they can expect from me throughout the home selling process and beyond.  I explain through a Comparative Market Analysis of your property what your home should sell for in the current market and the strategies employed during different markets and seasons; I provide detailed statistics from the Toronto Real Estate Board which helps to clarify my market opinion; I offer advice on the timing of your sale; and offer recommendations on what can be done to achieve the highest sale price in the shortest period of time.  We discuss photography (still, virtual and drone); print, online and social media advertising; open houses (both public and realtor) home staging; the usefulness of floor plans and a survey (if available); and thoughts on what a pre-sale inspection can do.  Most importantly, I will give you the confidence you need to move ahead and make it a joyful process with a happy outcome.
