For two mature adults the thought of moving from our community of 44 years seemed a daunting task. The home we had was fairly large and so was the property. It's fine when you're younger but time had finally caught up with us. When we decided to move closer to our son we had no idea of the ramifications and what was involved. My best friend from high school had recommended Chris Ablett. Chris was a font of information and knowledge about recycling and all manner of moving strategies. He even helped us with his own truck. Chris took some fabulous pictures of our home for an open house. His demeanor, attitude and all around friendly advice and guidance was most appreciated at the most stressful time of our lives. I think your guidance and aid in staging our home helped a great deal in a timely sale. Chris and Jacqueline first came to our house with info about what was happening in the neighbourhood with real estate. We were interested but not wanting to sell at that time. We asked that Chris keep us informed about the market over the winter which he did. In the spring we decided to sell.
